My favorite drink of any restaurant (non-alcoholic anyway) is Chick-Fil-A’s diet lemonade. Of course they don’t just hand out the recipe! Actually I am still working on it, but here is what I have so far that seems to be working.
1 cup water
1 cup lemon juice (they use fresh lemons… I used the stuff from the bottle because it is more economical on my scale)
.5 oz. Splenda – this is where I am close but not yet there. This is awfully tart. I added a few more spoonfuls to my glass and it tasted good. I am going to try .7 oz of Splenda next time!
**Update 6/10: tried .7 oz of Splenda and still very tart. Next is .9 oz.**
