1. Absolutely delicious. Chicken was amazingly tender. I put a cup of the cooking sauce in bottom of 9×13 pan. Divided chicken and 1/2 cup cheese between 8 large tortillas and rolled them up. Poured remaining sauce over them and sprinkled 1/2 cup more cheese. Baked at 350 for 20 minutes. Sprinkled chopped green onions over enchiladas. Family loved!!
