Maddox's Favorite Chili

- 1 lb. ground beef or ground venison
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 can Chili Magic, mild
- 1 can Chili Magic, medium
- 1 - 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
- In a dutch oven, cook onion and ground beef over medium heat until brown.
- Drain meat onto paper towels if needed.
- Return meat to pot and add contents of the two Chili Magic cans and crushed tomatoes.
- Stir and bring to a boil.
- Turn down heat to medium low and simmer about 45 minutes. Feel free to cover and keep warm up to another hour.
