Greek Yogurt Egg Salad

Ingredients
  • 8 hard-boiled eggs
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp. dried dill
  • kosher salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp. mustard
Instructions
  1. Cut up the hardboiled eggs in a large bowl. Mix in the yogurt, dried dill, salt, pepper and mustard. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more yogurt. Stir until well combined and enjoy!
