Chick-Fil-A Frosted Lemonade Copycat

A sweet, refreshing and protein packed snack or dessert for those hot summer days. This is incredilby close to the taste of the real recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp. guar gum
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream protein powder
  • 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tb. sweetener (stevia, or sugar)
  • 1 packet lemonade, single serving like Crystal Light or TruLemon
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1/4 cup whipped cream topping

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into a high powered blender like Vitamix or Ninja. Place them in order as recommended by the manufacturer. Blend on high until mixed thoroughly (may take 2-3 minutes)
  • Pour into a glass. Top with whipped cream and enjoy!

Notes

Replacement for Crystal Light - any sugar free lemonade replacement including 2 tsp. trulemon and 4 Tb. stevia total
